The main theme of the short video is “Take a hike!” as John repeatedly encourages audiences, ranging from L.A. stations to ABC World News, to hit the trail and enjoy the many benefits of hiking.
The Trailmaster also shares two more themes essential to his mission:
“Hike Smart.” From sun protection to the best gear to pack—for more than 20 years John has advised audiences how to travel safely in the great outdoors.
“Reconnect with Nature.” Now more than ever we need the many physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual benefits that come to us from time spent in nature.
